Why spend time typing if you don't have to? By automating part
of the checkout process, you can spend more time planning your
next quilt, taking long bubble baths thinking about your next
quilting project, or even…shopping!! Registration is quick
and as simple as entering your name and address, and selecting
a password and user ID. That's it!
Then, next time you visit Born To Quilt, just type your password
and ID on the registration page and your Billing and Shipping
information will automatically be filled in! Best of all, by registering
you will receive our e-mail Newsletters that contain all the latest
updates on new products, sales and special promotions!

Keyword Search
Search by exact phrase, whole words, or display matches that contain
all keywords by entering the words in the search box located ON
THE LEFT, ABOVE the Please click on a category in the menu. Then
click the Go button ON THE RIGHT of the box. Products that meet
the search criteria will be displayed on the page.

How to begin shopping
To begin shopping click on a category in the menu located at the
LEFT of every page or by entering a search term in the search
box located ON THE LEFT, ABOVE the Please click on a category
in the menu.
Once you have selected a category, you will see a number of small
images, or thumbnails, on a page. Clicking on the thumbnail of
your choice will bring you to the Information about the product
page. In the product information page, to view a larger image
of the fabric or product, click just BELOW the image, click to
enlarge. Enter the amount of yards or quanity number you wish
to purchase, then click ADD TO CART. You can add multiple items
to your shopping cart just by repeating these steps.

How to order
Once you have added items to your shipping cart, you may modify
the quantities or remove an item. To modify the quantity, simply
type a new quantity and click the Update Order button. Check the
box to the left of an item to remove it and click the UPDATE button.
When you are ready to check out, click the CHECKOUT button at
the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will be directed to
the Registration Page.
If you are a new customer, click CONTINUE. Enter all of the *required
information, and click CONTINUE. Click CONTINUE again, select
the billing method, click CONTINUE.
If you are a returning customer, enter your Email address and
Password, then click CONTINUE. Review your shipping and billing
information to ensure it is up to date, then click CONTINUE.
Type in your name, enter your card number and expiration date
and click CONTINUE. Review the information, then click CONFIRM
ORDER button at the LOWER RIGHT CORNER of the page. You get a
page that states YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSES! Click the CONTINUE
button then LOG OFF when you get to the home page.

International Orders
Born To Quilt ships to most countries. Our shipping rates are
based on the value of the order before sale discounts, if any,
are applied – in other words, shipping is based on the total
of the regular prices. Because it is so difficult to determine
exact shipping costs based on an order total, the shipping charge
that is applied to your order at the time of checkout may be a
little higher than necessary. We will refund the difference to
your charge card if the shipping+handling costs are less than
anticipated. Also, if the costs are much more than anticipated,
we will e-mail for permission to charge an additional amount (although
this usually doesn't happen very often).

Return Policy
Born To Quilt is committed to providing excellent customer service
and top quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products
or service, please do not hesitate to let us know. If we have
shipped a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within
3 days of receipt and we will gladly arrange for a refund or exchange.
We sincerely hope your shopping experience with Born To Quilt
has been positive and that you are pleased with your purchases.
If, however, you would like to return an item for reasons other
than defect or error, we will need to charge a 20% restocking
fee for cut fabric and 10% for non-cut items to cover our processing
expenses. Please note that all returned items must be in the original,
unopened condition. Sorry, but books, patterns and magazines are
not returnable.

Born To Quilt protects your privacy by not sharing any information
with another party, ever*! Not only do we not sell or share information
about you such as your name, address, e-mail address, or credit
card information, this data is also safeguarded through our advanced
encryption technology. *However, we do reserve the right to release
information to law enforcement agencies regarding any activities
that are deemed to be unlawful*. Read about our Security in the

Shipping
Born To Quilt offers several shipping options for your convenience.
Our shipping rates are based on the order total.
Occasionally, we may need to charge an additional amount for heavier
packages. If this is necessary, we will notify you by e-mail (although
this usually doesn't happen very often).
When can you expect delivery of your items? We process and ship
orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1-3 business days
of receipt of your order.

About our images
Born To Quilt is perhaps best known for large product images that
are clear, clean, and painstakingly reviewed for color accuracy.
There are some colors that are extremely difficult to color correct
due to limitations in technology – but we find our images
to be consistently among the best of the internet quilt sites.

Design Wall
Move swatches around on your computer screen to see how they might
look next to each other by clicking on an image and dragging and
dropping it where you want. The Design Wall displays the contents
of your Shopping Cart. To use this feature click on the Design Wall
link while viewing your cart.
